We require a non- refundable deposit to book our services. This allows us to schedule staff to provide tailored services to you. If your payment has been returned unpaid by your financial institution  you will be charged a  $100.00 returned payment fee and any applicable fees that are accrued due to the return. ( late fees, chargeback fee, dispute fee...etc.) Any refunds due have a ninety day return policy.

If your insurance has not paid your fees you are responsible for the complete bill of service and any fees associated with the account.
